Berry Blast Vinegar Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup Mixed berries (frozen – strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tbs Apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
- 1 cup Almond milk
- Fresh mint leaves (a handful for garnishing)
Method
Mix in a blender until smooth. Garnish with mint leaves and frozen fruits.
