Berry Blast Vinegar Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mixed berries (frozen – strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tbs Apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • Fresh mint leaves (a handful for garnishing)

Method

Mix in a blender until smooth. Garnish with mint leaves and frozen fruits.
